Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Buddhist Content Studio, including its website, creator workspace, connected services, and related features (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Buddhist Content Studio is a creative planning and content-management workspace for organizing images, lyrics, audio, video, references, captions, schedules, and creator publishing workflows. Features may include Google Drive uploads and TikTok draft preparation. The Service is not an official religious institution, publishing platform, or professional legal, financial, or religious-advisory service.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for protecting access credentials used to enter the private studio.
3. Connected accounts
When you connect Google Drive, TikTok, or another third-party service, you authorize Buddhist Content Studio to perform only the actions you initiate and that are described during authorization. Your use of each connected service remains subject to that provider’s terms and policies. You may disconnect or revoke access through the provider or the Service where available.
4. Creator control and publishing
You are responsible for reviewing all content, captions, metadata, privacy selections, and publication settings before sending or publishing anything. Draft-upload features are intended to place content into a creator-controlled review flow. The Service does not guarantee acceptance, visibility, scheduling accuracy, or publication by any third-party platform.
5. Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit or connect. You grant Install Indonesia a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as necessary to operate the Service and carry out your instructions. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for all images, audio, music, lyrics, video, trademarks, source materials, and other content you use.
6. AI-assisted and religious content
Creative material may include AI-assisted images, music, text, or video. You are responsible for checking originality, licensing, factual accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and platform disclosure requirements. Buddhist names, iconography, mantras, translations, and explanations may differ across traditions. The Service does not certify doctrinal accuracy or represent any Buddhist lineage unless expressly stated by an authorized source.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; impersonate a person, organization, religious authority, Google, or TikTok; distribute malware; bypass provider safeguards; manipulate engagement; publish deceptive or harmful content; or access data without authorization. You must comply with applicable platform rules, community guidelines, and developer policies.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the Service handles personal data and connected-service data. By using the Service, you acknowledge those practices.
9. Availability and changes
The Service may be updated, suspended, or discontinued, and individual integrations may change when providers modify their APIs or policies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. You are responsible for maintaining copies of important source files and finished work.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or compatibility with third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Install Indonesia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of content, revenue, reputation, opportunity, or data; or third-party platform actions arising from use of the Service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, providers, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke connected accounts. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through written communication. Unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or provider requirements. The updated effective date will appear above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
